Ordered a bouncing castle for a 3rd birthday. They delivered it on the Friday and left it till the Monday. It was very easy to order and they were a pleasure to deal with in regards to texting when they were nearly at the house with the castle. This is the second time we've hired a bouncy castle for a family party from Mayo Bouncy Castles and have had a brilliant experience each time. There is a huge selection to choose from, and the kids have thoroughly enjoyed themselves every time. Helen has been super helpful and responsive and we will be back again next year as repeat customers!

We booked the large Lego inflatable and it arrived ahead of schedule, which we were delighted with. The children really enjoyed it and it was easy for even the youngest to manage the climb up to the large slide. It was very easy to inflate and deflate and only cost a few euro per day to use. The staff who delivered and collected it were very pleasant and polite and Helen who managed the WhatsApp was very helpful. We felt that Mayo Bouncy Castles was very good value and a well run and efficient company. The weather was the only difficulty but that's nobody's fault! Would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. In particular Helen was informative regarding the size we needed for small tots and then keeping us updated re delivery and collection times, The lads who delivered the castle were quick and efficient and good at recommending the best site in the garden for keeping tabs on the kids while they played. Easy to order online on the website, payment on delivery. Lots of communication with the team about when they were going to drop off and pick up. Set up was quick and easy and everything done by the team. Really nice lads too. Bouncy castle perfect, kids couldn't be happier and we may have had it a day or 2 more than we ordered, which was a lovely treat for everyone! Highly highly recommend and will be ordering again!

Super company to deal with and so easy to book an inflatable in advance online. Customer service was fantastic as they quickly responded to queries and great communication re delivery and pick-up. Fantastic service. Castle was delivered ahead of time by two very friendly men. Was consulted on everything, and they took the time to explain all I needed to know. Communication is faultless with texts and calls prior to delivery to co-ordinate delivery, and the same for collection. Follow up messages from customer service ensuring standards were met. Great value item. No rips or tears, fully waterproof, clean and most of all - fun. We hired the combo unit with high slide. The kids all loved it, from the smallest to the teens. This time we had the green and black toxic castle which has a cover - ideal for wet weather. Helen is a lovely person to deal with and the communication was excellent. They have girls/boys selections with the most current themes available. Delivery and setup guys were great and so friendly. The bouncy castle we had was sparkling clean and looked brand new. Great service from Mayo Bouncy Castles. Inflatable was delivered Thursday afternoon and we had it for most of Thursday until it was collected on Monday afternoon. Inflatable was in great condition and kids loved it, especially the inbuilt Bluetooth speaker and disco lights. Very efficient delivery and collection and contact with Helen was great. We got Mayo Bouncy Castles for my sons first holy communion. The bouncy castle and slide were huge! We’ve used them three times now and the service is always spot on, between booking, delivery and setup always so helpful. They always check when suits for delivery and let you know in advance. Another huge plus is there selection of obstacle courses we get a different one each time and ours kids love that it’s different everytime. Looking forward to the next one in the siummer!

We had a great few days with the party castle. Booking was easy online and communication via email was efficient. The castle was in great condition and very clean. Easy to inflate and deflate. Despite it being a wet weekend things stayed clean as we were given plenty of mats too. Paul, the delivery guy was friendly and helpful. Herself booked the 50ft obstacle bouncy castle from this company and we were left very impressed.

The bouncy itself was great quality and exceptionally clean, from the tag on it only a couple months old as well. It was very popular with the kids and the neighbours kids as well. The height of the slide was very popular with the kids.

Workers arrived just after mid-day to set up. As it had only been rolled up that morning from another customer, the interior was wet - as expected as the weather had not been great - but the lads had it towelled dry before leaving. The workmen involved were extremely pleasant and very hard working. This is not an easy job so it is a credit to them to be as personable as they were. The compressors and cables were in top notch condition. This crew looks after their materials extremely well.

Due to the insurance industry in this country being an absolute shambles, no insurance comes included in the hire but that is perfectly fine. Insurance prices have gone through the roof and leisure activities are simply being priced out of being able to have insurance. In any event, people need to take personal responsibility for themselves. We had a couple small plastic burns, one nosebleed and a few scraped knees/elbows and one bitten tongue. Not too bad, had them patched up and back bouncing within minutes. These are part and parcel of having a bouncy, if you can't deal with the inevitable injury or two, bring the kids for a walk instead!
